BOJAN POGRMILOVIĆ, dirigent, solo pjevač i vokalni pedagog
Diplomirao je solo pjevanje na Muzičkoj akademiji u Zagrebu. Magistrirao je na Fakultetu muzičke umjetnosti u Skopju (Sjeverna Makedonija). Deset godina (1988.- 1998.) bio je glazbeni voditelj - dirigent Ansambla narodnih plesova i pjesama Hrvatske "Lado", a dvadeset godina predavao je solo pjevanje na Glazbenoj školi Vatroslava Lisinskog.
Kao voditelj dalmatinskih klapa “Mareta”, “Cesarice” i "Gajeta" osvojio je brojne nagrade na Festivalu dalmatinskih klapa u Omišu i međunarodnom festivalu zborova u Veroni, a njegovi učenici solo pjevanja osvajali su brojne nagrade na domaćim i međunarodnim natjecanjima.
Član je žirija domaćih i međunarodnih natjecanja zborova i često član žirija Festivala dalmatinskih klapa u Omišu. Od 2008. godine do 2012. bio je umjetnički direktor Natjecanja zborova u Azzanu Decimu (Italija). Bio je osnivač i umjetnički je direktor Festivala klapa "Školjka" u Pakoštanima od 2008. - 2012, te je stalni predsjednik žirija Festivala ženskih klapa "Omišljanska rozeta".
Od 1988. vodi Mješoviti pjevački zbor "INA", koji je pod njegovim ravnanjem dosegnuo sadašnju visoku razinu i s kojim je osvojio brojna domaća i međunarodna priznanja i nagrade. Dvije godine dirigirao je mješovitim pjevačkim zborom iz Verone sastavljenim od članova 15 zborova Udruženja zborova Grada (AGC Verona). Od 2003. do 2011. vodio je Vokalni ansambl "Samoborke" s kojim je osvojio Zlatnu plaketu i naziv pobjednika Folklorne kategorije na natjecanju zborova "Praga cantat". Ravnao je i gudačkim orkestrom iz Češkog Krumlova, Hrvatskim komornim orkestrom, te Zagrebačkom filharmonijom.
Bio je osnivač i predsjednik Hrvatske udruge vokalnih pedagoga, a godinama je i dopredsjednik Hrvatske udruge zborovođa. Do sada je održao oko 400 seminara za zborsko, folklorno, klapsko i solo pjevanje i to u Hrvatskoj, Bosni i Hercegovini, Srbiji, Austriji i Italiji.
Kao solist i sa svim svojim ansamblima realizirao je četrdesetak nosača zvuka. Uz druge brojne nagrade u zemlji i inozemstvu sa svim svojim ansamblima, treba istaći i nekoliko nominacija za nagradu, te dvije diskografske nagrade "Porin". Jedan je od šestero Hrvata uvrštenih u ediciju "Who is who in choral music?".
Od srpnja 2018. godine ponovno je glazbeni voditelj - dirigent Ansambla narodnih plesova i pjesama Hrvatske "Lado".
BOJAN POGRMILOVIĆ, conductor, classical singer and vocal pedagogue
He graduated classical singing at the Musical academy in Zagreb (Croatia). He received his Master's degree at the Faculty of Music in Skopje (North Macedonia). For ten years (1988-1998) he has been the musical director/conductor of the National Folk Dance Ensemble of Croatia "Lado" and for twenty years he taught classical singing at the Music high school Vatroslava Lisinskog. Many of his students have won numerous awards at regional and international singing competitions.
He has also won several awards as an artistic director of Dalmatian klapas ("Cesarice", "Mareta" and "Gajeta") at the Festival of Dalmatian Klapa in Omiš (Croatia) as well as The International Choir Festival in Verona (Italy).
He is a member of the jury in both regional and international choir competitions and is often a member of the jury for the Festival of Dalmatian Klapa in Omiš and a constant member of the jury for the Festival of Female Klapa "Omišljanska rozeta" in Omišalj (Croatia). In years from 2008 to 2012, he was an artistic director of the Choir Competition in Azzano Decimo (Italy). He was a founder and artistic director of the Festival of Dalmatian Klapa "Školjka" in Pakoštane (Croatia) from 2008 to 2018.
Since 1988, he has been the conductor of the Mixed Choir "INA" which has triumphed under his management and had won numerous awards and recognitions, both in Croatia and abroad. For two years, he has conducted a mixed choir from Verona, which was composed from members of 15 mixed choirs of Association of Choir Groups Verona (AGC Verona). From 2003 to 2011, he directed the Vocal Ensemble "Samoborke", with which he won a Gold Plaque and the title Winner of Folk category at the choir competition "Praga cantat". He conducted the string orchestra from Češki Krumlov, Croatian Chamber Orchestra and Zagreb Philharmonic.
He was a founder and president of the Croatian Voice Teachers Association and vice president of Croatian Choral Directors Association. He has held over 400 seminars for choral, folk, klapa and classical singing in Croatia and abroad (Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Italy, Serbia).
Both as a soloist and with his ensembles, he recorded about forty cd-s. Along with other awards, one should also mention several nominations and two wins of Croatian music award "Porin". He is one of the six Croatians included in "Who is who in choral music?" edition.
Since July 2018 he once again became musical director/conductor of Folk Dance Ensemble of Croatia "Lado".
